Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns or Exchange

For the health of you and the others, we do not offer return or exchange except the situations stipulated by Victoria Consumer Law as below:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

 

If your delivery is in the above situation, please send an email to return@halotree.com.au. Do not deliver your product back to us without our approval. All refunds or exchanges claims should be done within 7days from the time you receive the delivery. 

Once the product is received and approval is confirmed, we will do a refund of the product purchase price or re-send you a new one if we still have inventory of the same product.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund in 1-2 business days from the time we approved the refund, please contact your credit card company and your bank first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items:

Strictly no refunds on sale items.

 

Gifts:

We do not offer return or exchange on gifts except the situations stipulated by Victoria Consumer Law as below:
